Crochet granny star blanket pattern

I have seen a few granny star tutorials and patterns around on the internet and they are all fantastic. This is a description on how I like to do my granny stars. This granny star is so easy to crochet and yet is so pleasing on the eye. You can make this as big or as small as you like, by adding more or less rounds.
